HANDS ON PASTA MAKING CLASSES
For many years Norman Topp has hosted the Hunter Valley's pasta making classes. The classes are held at the "RIDGEVIEW COOKING SCHOOL" which has magnificent views of the Brokenback Range
This is truly the only total hands on experience of Pasta making and sauce creation in the Hunter Valley. You become the chef of the day in what is discribed by pupils as total involvment and enlighting.

Classes commence with a glass of premium wine from the Hunter Valley a short olive oil appreciation class we then commence making sauces and dips that will excite your passion for food. You will make two different pastas using special ingredients selected by the Hunter Pasta Master. You are involved it all aspects of this experience, guided with passion, the love of great food and adventures in the cooking world. What a way to spend a day. Eating your creation and enjoying the company of others, truly Italian.
