7 days a week Norman Topp has hosts the Hunter Valley's best pasta making classes. Held at the famous "RIDGEVIEW COOKING SCHOOL" with magnificent views of the Brokenback Range that creates the setting for a day of a "total cooking experience"
This is truly the only total hands on experience of Pasta making, sauces and main course creation in the Hunter Valley. You become the chef of the day in what is discribed by pupils as total involvment and enlighting.

Classes commence with a glass of premium wine from the Hunter Valley we then start making sauces and dips that will excite your passion for food. You will make two different pastas using special ingredients that are unique to this school and selected by the Hunter Pasta Master. You also prepare and cook the main meal and are involved it all aspects of this experience. Guided with passion by Norman, you will enjoy the love of great food and adventures in the cooking world. What a way to spend a day, eating your creation and enjoying the company of others, truly Italian.
